By visiting the website, submitting artwork, placing an order, or engaging in any communication with Box Printify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.
Box Printify may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page.
1. Business Overview
Box Printify manufactures and supplies custom printed empty packaging. All products offered on this website are packaging and printed materials only.
Box Printify does not manufacture, sell, distribute, or supply any consumable or regulated products. This includes but is not limited to tobacco products, nicotine products, vape devices, CBD items, cannabis products, or any related regulated substances. Any packaging displayed on this website is provided for design demonstration only.
2. Legal Notice
Your continued use of this website indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Additional guidelines or restrictions relating to specific services are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
3. Copyright Notice
All materials, text, images, templates, artwork, and software on the Box Printify website are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Box Printify.
4. Trademarks and Customer Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, submit, or request to be printed does not infringe the rights of any third party. This includes trademarks, copyrighted works, trade dress, and any other intellectual property.
By submitting artwork or placing an order, you grant Box Printify permission to use the provided files solely for the purpose of preparing, producing, and delivering your order.
You confirm that you have full permission and rights to use any brand names, logos, trademarks, or images included in your artwork.
5. Design Files and Proofing
Box Printify provides digital proofs for customer approval before production. It is your responsibility to:
- Review all artwork carefully
- Verify measurements, text content, spelling, layout, and placement
- Confirm colours, finishes, and material selections
Production begins only after you approve the final proof in writing. After final approval, changes are not permitted.
6. Colour Accuracy
Colours may vary from screen to print due to material differences, coatings, and printing processes. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a physical proof is purchased separately. Box Printify is not responsible for colour variations that occur after approval of digital proofs.
7. Materials and Product Usage
Standard paper, card stock, and printing materials are used unless otherwise agreed. If food-safe or speciality materials are required, you must notify Box Printify before placing your order.
Box Printify provides packaging only and is not responsible for how the packaging is used after delivery.
8. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards processed through Stripe or other approved payment processors.
All payments must be made in the currency displayed or stated in your invoice. Taxes, fees, and shipping charges will be clearly shown in your quotation or invoice.
If a payment fails or is suspected to be fraudulent, Box Printify may cancel or hold the order until verification is completed.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Box Printify does not store full card information. Your payment may be subject to verification or authorisation by your bank or payment provider.
You agree that Box Printify is not responsible for delays or order holds caused by payment processor approval procedures.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you must attempt to resolve the issue directly with Box Printify by contacting our support team.
In cases of bank or Stripe disputes, Box Printify may provide all relevant documentation including proofs, order confirmations, artwork approvals, and shipping records.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in cancellation of warranties, rejection of future orders, and collection actions where applicable.
11. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. A cancellation fee may apply. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms detailed in that policy.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, carriers, delivery responsibilities, and lost package procedures are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
13. Damaged or Lost Packages
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any damage, missing items, or defects must be reported within three business days. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
Box Printify is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Box Printify harmless from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from:
- Improper or unauthorized use of submitted artwork
- Intellectual property infringement
- Misuse of products or packaging after delivery
- Misrepresentation of information during the ordering process
15. Disclaimer
All services and materials provided by Box Printify are offered as is. No warranties are expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
Box Printify does not warrant uninterrupted service or error free website performance.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Box Printify operates as a UK registered business serving customers internationally.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions relating to your use of the website or services must be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
