Box Printify™ reserves the right to make changes to the Site and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. You should review the Terms of Use each time you access this Site.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All materials and software on the Box Printify™ website are copyrighted. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

TRADEMARKS & CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are responsible for ensuring that any content (text, images, or designs) you submit for printing or integration does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. You warrant that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or the right to privacy.

By placing an order, you authorize Box Printify™ to use, reproduce, and modify the submitted content for production purposes.

DESIGN FILES & PROOFING

Box Printify™ provides low-resolution design files for preview. Higher-resolution files may be requested for an additional fee. All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Box Printify™ is not responsible for any changes that occur during color mode conversions from RGB to CMYK.

All print jobs require customer approval of the final proof. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed after final proof approval. Customers must ensure all aspects of the design and specifications are correct.

COLOR ACCURACY

While Box Printify™ strives for the closest possible color match, variations may occur due to differences in printing processes and materials. Box Printify™ does not guarantee exact color matching without physical proof, available for an additional charge.

MATERIALS

If food-safe materials are required, customers must inform Box Printify™ before placing an order. Box Printify™ uses standard paper and card stock, which may not be suitable for direct contact with food.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Box Printify™ harmless from any legal claims or damages arising from the misuse of submitted content, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders can be canceled before production begins (stage 2). Cancellation fees apply, and no refunds are issued once an order enters production or is shipped.

DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES

Customers must inspect all deliveries for visible damage or missing items upon receipt. Claims must be made within 3 business days. Box Printify™ is not responsible for damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Box Printify™ provides all content and services “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
